ACADEMIC POSITIONS FOR SY 2011-2012

I. TEACHING POSITIONS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
BASIC FUNCTION: To ensure student learning through proficient lesson preparation, instruction and assessment

  • EARLY GRADES TEACHER
  • ENGLISH TEACHER (High School or Grade School)
  • PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (High School or Grade School)
  • MATH TEACHER (High School or Grade School)
  • SOCIAL STUDIES (High School)
  • PHYSICS TEACHER (High School)
  • MANDARIN TEACHER (High School or Grade School)

II. GUIDANCE COUNSELOR / LIFE COACH
BASIC FUNCTION: To create, manage and monitor action plans and programs that will ensure the adjustment and success of the students in school

  • Must possess a Master’s Degree or graduate units in Guidance and Counseling,
  • With Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, or Psychology or its equivalent
  • Has background and experience in student formation such as extra-curricular programs

III. SPECIAL PROGRAM TEACHERS
BASIC FUNCTION: To ensure student preparedness for national and international assessments, as well as college entrance assessments through review and mastery classes

  • ENGLISH OR SOCIAL SCIENCE TEACHER
  • MATH TEACHER
  • SCIENCE TEACHER

All applicants for the academic positions must possess:

  • Good moral character
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Education Degree or relevant undergraduate course
  • License and relevant teaching experience
  • Adaptability to a multi-cultural environment
  • Has a passion and commitment to the vocation of teaching

NON-TEACHING POSITIONS FOR SY 2011-2012

I. KOREAN CONSULTANT
BASIC FUNCTION: To handle and process inquiries, marketing, and other concerns of the school’s Korean clientele

  • Preferably male, between 30-40 years of age, can work part-time
  • Eligible to work in the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or any related field
  • Previous experience in youth formation is an advantage
  • With good English communication skills

II. MARKETING OFFICER
BASIC FUNCTION: To handle and process inquiries, admissions and marketing concerns for the school’s clientele while providing assistance for the administration and technical needs of the Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or Education
  • With experience in marketing-related tasks in a school
  • With excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Is organized and can multi-task

III. FRONT DESK OFFICER
BASIC FUNCTION: To handle and process first-hand inquiries, either by phone or actual visits, while providing factual information upon request; also expected to provide technical and clerical support for the marketing needs of the Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • With experience in marketing and customer-service tasks
  • With excellent oral communication skills
  • Is organized, can multi-task and work with minimal supervision

IV. MEDIA SPECIALIST
BASIC FUNCTION: To advocate for the school’s activities through internal and external written releases using every available media opportunity

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Marketing or any related field
  • With experience in marketing, communications, advertising tasks
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer software, blogging, social networking
  • Is organized, can multi-task and work with minimal supervision

V. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
BASIC FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for the provision of administrative, technical and clerical support. Provides staff support on special projects and regular activities for the Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management / Education or any related field
  • Previous experience in Education-related work is an advantage
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • With excellent communication skills

VI. SYSTEMS NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
BASIC FUNCTION: To provide support to the school’s computer systems; responsible for LANs, WANs, network segments, and Internet and intranet systems. To maintain network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to users. To gather data to evaluate a system’s performance, identify user needs, and determine system and network requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ I.T./ Info Management or any related field
  • Certifications and previous experience in computer systems management are a must
  • With fluent English communication skills
  • Can multi-task and work with minimal supervision, can work part-time
