Congratulations to our Upper School Department for a series of successful foreign trip this school year, just when the US 1 and 2 students came back from Australia, our Upper School 3 and 4 left for Paris, November 14 – 19, 2011.

Anchored on French Revolution and arts our US 3 and 4 students flew to Paris, to visit world class museums and landmarks. Some museums they visited were the Musee d’Orsay, Army Museum, and of course, the Louvre where the controversial Mona Lisa painting by Leonardo Da Vinci is displayed. Also, the students had a city tour, they went to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Place de l’Etoile, Basilique de Sacre Coeur, Versailles, Montmartre and of course, the Eiffel tower. And on their last day at Paris, they went to Cite des Sciences, where they watched a film entitled, “Hubble”, visited Cathedral de Notre Dame and Latin Quarter of St. Michel. And their last stop, Pont Neuf, for a very memorable Bateau Mouche Cruise down the Seine.
